There is a new admin role available in ZEscrow called FI Super Admin, which will provide enhanced permission activities for FI users.
NOTE: This is only for non-SSO users of the platform; i.e., FI users who use SSO to log in will not have this option available via the ZEscrow platform.
FI Super Admin users have the ability to edit the APR for configurations directly within the system so that they can update rates quickly without requiring back-end or support intervention.
FI Super Admin users can now see an Edit Rate Periods button within the Interest Information section of the configuration details.
How to Enable this feature: Please email clientsupport@zsuitetech.com and request to enable this feature for your institution by providing a list of email addresses of FI users who would like to be promoted to a Super Admin role.
Steps to update an Interest rate:
1. Go to “Settings” on the left-hand navigation and find the configuration for which you would like to update an interest rate. Click on the configuration name:
2. Click on the “Edit Rate Periods” button in the Interest Information section, as shown below:
3. In the new modal, you can now add a new rate period by selecting the button “Add Rate Period,” entering the new rate and effective date, and then clicking “Save Changes” as shown:
NOTE: The active interest rate will be shown as highlighted in the Interest Information section. If you created a new rate with an effective date in the future, it will not be highlighted in this section until the effective date occurs.
4. Once completed, you will see your new APR reflected on the configuration page.
NOTE: Only the active interest rate will be shown on the configuration page. If you created a new rate with an effective date in the future, it will not appear on the configuration page until the effective date occurs.
5. In the case of tiers, you can modify the rate period using the “Edit Rate Periods” button associated with each tier and then follow the same steps as explained above to add a new rate and effective date:
View Configuration from Subaccount Dashboard feature
Interest configurations can be viewed directly from a subaccount by using a link labeled “View” available next to the APR/APY information in the Details section of the subaccount dashboard. This will navigate you to the applicable configuration page.
NOTE: Please use your browser’s back button to quickly navigate back to the subaccount’s dashboard after viewing its configuration.
