Transaction Report
New Report that displays transaction level data for each org selected for the specified date range. The report can be used to audit and track transactions for any given date range. It has the following data points as seen in the screen shot below:
- Account Number – Last 4 digits of the Holding Account number
- Folder Path
- Subaccount Name
- Subaccount Number - new field we recently added.
- Created Date – Date the transaction was created.
- Status - Scheduled, Pending, Posted
- Reconciliation Id
- Amount
- Memo
- Type - Credit/Debit
- Posted Date
- Resolved Date
Daily Balance Check Report
This new report helps to determine if there is a mismatch in balances in the UI and in the extracts so that there are no unreconciled transactions. This report is only available as of the run date (today’s date). It has the following datapoints:
- Client Name - Org Name
- Business Type - Vertical info
- Account Number - Holding Account #
- Status - In Balance or Out of Balance
- Core Balance -latest holding acct balance from extract
- ZSuite Balance - settled balance in org not including pending/scheduled txns
- Difference - Diff between the balances
- Txns Pending # - number of pending txns as of the time of report run.
- Txns Pending amount - sum of the pending txns' amount as of the time of report run.
- Last Updated Date - Date of the latest balance extract file

The report has a search functionality so you can search by the Organization Name, Business Type or Account Number.
Both the reports are available to be downloaded as a csv file.
Other Features
- The statement types are now available to be configured by organization, so within an FI if you would wish to have different statement types that can be configured.
- The release also included some minor bug fixes and enhancements.
