FI admins can now invite org admin and org read-only users from the platform. This replaces the need to send user files for adding authorized(org) users.

Permission Level Definitions
Full Access: User can view, edit, create, delete, and perform all actions related to this feature.
View Only: User can view and read information but cannot make changes or perform actions.
No Access: User cannot view or interact with this feature in any way.
Role Descriptions
Org Admin: Has comprehensive administrative privileges across all organizational functions and subaccounts.
Org Read-Only: Has limited viewing permissions with restricted access to sensitive operations like fund transfers and user management.

Please Note - Until the feature has been enabled the FI can only edit user roles and see the list of users along with access to download the csv report but in order to enable the invite org user functionality the steps highlighted above should be followed.
The feature can be accessed by going to Settings> Org User Management > Invite Org User
All the user information needs to be entered as shown.
For the Role information the FI user can either choose Org Admin or Org Read only user depending on the access they wish to grant for the user being invited.
There is also an attestation required that acknowledges that the FI is responsible for compliance considerations on these users. Once all the information is entered, then the FI user can invite the org user to the platform.
The organization user added will then receive an email with details to create their login information in order to access the organization.
User Report - On the Org User Management page, the FI admin can download a report that gives a list of the users, their roles and organizations they have access to.

Update Access
The FI user can revoke access to any org user in case the org user’s permissions need to be removed by clicking “Revoke Access” or “Change Role” using the “…” menu
A revoked user can also be regranted access by using the “Regrant Access” button.
When you select "Regrant Access" the user can then be re-invited to the same organization.
