Ability to add a second name line on a beneficiary in subacct

While creating a new subaccount as well as on the Edit functionality on the sub dashboard a second name line can be added to the sub so as to represent surrogates.

Ability to send information for a Wire request and then view the same on a report. This feature will be optional per FI.
