Delete Pending Org
FI Admins can now delete pending organizations that were included in the daily organization and balance files but no longer need to be opened.
New Pending Org Process
Pending organizations are displayed as a notification in Alerts.
After opening a pending org notification, users now have the option to “Delete Organization” or “Continue” with the opening process.
Users will need to confirm or cancel the deletion. Note - this process cannot be undone, but the same organization can be sent in future daily files if needed.
Important - the daily files must be updated as well
Once the pending organization is deleted, the notification will be removed. However, if the deleted organization is still included in the organization and balance files, it will reappear when the next set of files is processed.
