Subaccount Numbers
All of the subaccounts within the FI will get assigned a unique number. This number will be available on the subaccount dashboard as well as on the Subaccount Activity and Balance Reports.
Beneficial Ownership Question on SubCreation
When a new subaccount is created you will see a question regarding beneficial ownership on the modal. This is to ensure that the correct ownership documentation has been submitted to the FI in case of change in organization ownership to ensure there are documents in place for compliance purposes.
In the event that there was a ownership change and the related documentation was not submitted yet to the FI the org may choose to not accept the attestation in which case they will not be able to create a new subaccount.
