View all pending subaccounts in one report
This new report provides an easy way for FI and Organization users to view subaccounts that are pending and require attention. The user can also quickly navigate to the subaccount using a link in the report. There are two general types of pending subaccounts.
-
New subaccounts that are not fully opened. These subaccounts were created but are missing key information or documents. The report will detail all the missing information as well as the date the subaccount was created.
- Subaccounts to be closed but have pending transactions. If a subaccount is closed but has unassigned transactions, it will remain in "closed pending disbursement" until all transactions are reconciled or assigned

Statement Enhancements
The Page Per Sub style organization statements that have the statement summary and a single page per subaccount have the following updates:
- The APR/APY value has an "*" next to it and would now show a disclaimer message describing that the APR/APY values shown are the rates effective on the last day of the statement cycle and may not have been the rate that applies throughout the entire statement period.
- The same sub level pages would also indicate an “Account Number” in the Account Summary section which is the subaccount number that is assigned in the platform.
This message would also show on beneficiary statements.

3. The Holding Account number has been moved from the header of the statement to the Summary section on the first page of the organization statements and will no longer appear on subsequent pages. The subaccount pages will show the subaccount number.

All these statement changes will reflect from the September statement run onwards if you receive the organization statements which have a page per subaccount or beneficiary level statements.
