The ZEscrow Development Group, consisting of ZSuite, Leader Bank, Haven Savings Bank, Bank of New Hampshire, Kearny Bank, and Patriot Bank, has received a highly commended mention in the Best FinTech Partnership category of the 2022 Banking Tech Awards USA program.
The five banks worked closely with ZSuite to solve to problem of the heavy manual intervention necessary to operate conventional commercial escrow and subaccounting processes. The solution to this is ZEscrow, a responsive web-based tool that allows three-party accounts for multiple verticals. ZEscrow combines complex workflows that can be customized by the bank or bank partner with interest assignment and splitting, easy account creation, automated e-statements, seamless regulatory compliance, and a 24/7 online platform that can be operated remotely by both the bank and their commercial customers.
