Enhancing Core Banking Excellence with ZSuite Tech!
by ZSuite Tech on May 22, 2024 10:11:31 AM
In the dynamic realm of banking, the core banking system stands as the foundation of financial institutions. For financial institutions, your choice of core can determine what services you offer to your customers. Core choice is not a deterrent for working with ZSuite Tech, however. In this article we’ll tell you why.
Understanding Banking Cores:
A banking core, or core banking system, acts as a centralized hub utilized by financial institutions to manage diverse banking functions. It facilitates vital operations like deposit and loan processing, customer management, risk assessment, and transaction handling, serving as the nerve center of a bank's operations.
ZSuite-Financial Institution – Core Integration:
ZSuite currently integrates with financial institutions and cores through a daily batch file exchange, so there is minimal work that the financial institution or core has to do. We are working with banks who utilize: Fiserv Premier, Fiserv DNA, FIS-IBS, Fiserv Signature, COCC, FIS Horizon, Fiserv ClearTouch, CSI Newpoint, Finastra Phoenix, Jack Henry, Jack Henry SL, Finxact, FIS and Smiley Tech. These integrations take on average only 3 months to go live. This easy partnership empowers banks to confidently utilize ZSuite's solutions without integration worries, enhancing efficiency and customer service.
Benefits to Banks:
ZSuite optimizes escrow and sub-accounting processes, reducing manual tasks and efforts around complex three-party accounts. This streamlining enhances customer experiences, enabling banks to differentiate themselves, attract new clients, and foster growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and security.
ZEscrow and your Core:
- Every commercial organization will have two accounts open on the bank core: a master account and a holding account, plus a mirrored holding account in ZEscrow, or other custom configurations as needed. ZEscrow isolates funds in custody into a specific holding account, ensuring funds are not unexpectedly used.
- All funds remain in a holding account on your bank’s core, still in custody of your bank.
- ZEscrow gives control of these subaccounts to your commercial clients, who can easily open and close their own accounts.
- Bankers can provide white glove service to their valuable commercial clients by opening or closing subaccounts in ZEscrow in a matter of seconds, avoiding additional account actions on the core.
- ZEscrow acts as the system of record for subaccount transaction data, including balances and interest.
-The bankers, commercial organizations and their customers or beneficiaries can all access subaccounts they are associated with.
In the evolving banking landscape, ZSuite's compatibility with leading banking cores is indispensable. By seamlessly interfacing with these systems, ZSuite empowers banks to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and thrive in today's competitive market. With ZSuite, financial institutions can confidently embrace the future of banking while upholding their values of integrity, and customer-centricity.
