Honoring the Past, Leading the Future

My career started as a teller at a regional bank. With intentional mentorship and stellar peers, I acquired the knowledge and skills to lead a community bank as President, then transitioned into the banktech world to help other financial institutions grow through technology. That path has shaped everything I believe about leadership, client success, partnering with financial institutions, and how we build trust, one interaction at a time.

When I joined ZSuite four years ago, I felt I was stepping into something truly special. What I didn’t anticipate was how profoundly I would come to believe in our mission and the remarkable people I would be working with.

Today, I am both honored and humbled to take on the role of CEO at ZSuite Technologies.

We are building on strong momentum: a product that genuinely simplifies commercial banking, a passionate and dedicated team, and clients who are engaged, satisfied, and growing with us.

 A Leader Worth Following

Today I want to thank Nathan Baumeister, not just for his leadership, but for the company and culture he built. Nathan isn’t just a founder. He’s a leader who sees people for who they are and believes in what they’re capable of becoming. He let me lead in the way that I needed, and that kind of trust is rare. He taught me to make space for silence, to listen deeply, and to lead with intention. His influence will continue to shape not just how I lead, but how we all lead.

Nathan’s vision brought ZSuite Tech from innovative products created within a bank to a nationally recognized banking technology company helping financial institutions modernize commercial banking. Alongside this incredible team, he’s built a company with a sterling reputation, exceptional client satisfaction, and a powerful product-market fit.

He is an entrepreneur at heart, and now he’s stepping into his lifelong dream: building something new. And while he’s transitioning out of the CEO seat, he’s not going far. Nathan will join our Board of Directors as an Advisor, continuing to be a guiding voice in our journey as well as a personal mentor to me.

Rooted in Relationships

Over the past four years as Chief Client Officer at ZSuite Tech, I’ve had the privilege of knowing many of our clients by name. I've led our Client Success, Implementation, and Operations teams with a relentless focus on partnership and outcomes. Our clients have stated on many occasions that those teams are the reason they champion our partnership.

That kind of feedback is invaluable because it reflects meaningful work. This work will persist. Our relationships form our foundation and will always be central to everything we do.

A Vision That Stays the Course

ZSuite Tech remains committed to our central mission of making commercial banking easier and thriving together.

Our company values are not changing. We will continue to Focus, Celebrate, Grow and Serve in order to partner with our clients for joint success.

We’re also proud to mark a new milestone in our journey: I’m honored to serve as ZSuite Tech’s first female CEO. Representation matters, and I hope my path reminds others—especially women in banking and tech—that this kind of leadership is not only possible, but also essential.

A Final Word from Nathan

On a recent company call Nathan said “When you're leading a company and things are going exactly how you want them to, when is the best time to leave? It’s when things are going well.

Nathan’s words summarize it perfectly: leadership involves knowing when to pass the baton and trusting that the team behind you will continue with clarity, heart, and strength.

This moment feels a lot like a relay race. Nathan has run an incredible leg. I’m honored to take the baton and continue forward, surrounded by a team I trust and a mission I believe in.

To our clients: thank you for your trust. To our employees: you are ZSuite Tech. And to our partners and community: we’re just getting started.

Let’s run forward, together.

Warmly,

Jill Feiler
